What a pleasant surprise yesterday morning when I got an email from one of my friends from high school who I haven't seen in close to 18 years!
Kristi had flown into town from Texas and was visiting relatives.
We were able to meet up later that night for a fun chat about the past and get to know a little about what has gone on in our lives over the last two decades.
What a treat!
Kristi also packed the sunshine and heat from Texas in her suitcase because it has broken 80 degrees here in the City the last two days! That is not normal for a San Francisco June.
