On Monday I Eat Manacatti. . .

Last month I told you about Asian American Heritage Month.  This month is LGBT (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender) Pride month.

In order to celebrate they asked employees to create mixes of songs to be played in the cafes at lunch. Needless to say there was a lot of dance music to be heard.

But what I really wanted to show you was the "Special" menu that was created for the week. I have copied it in its entirety here for your pleasure.

Please note my favorite, the "L" word lasagna.

They also put a picture of Jake Gyllenhall from Brokeback Mountain on the soda machine with a thought bubble that said, "I just can't quit you."   That's funny!
